Your Member Services Coordinator knows your name and will help you find the resources you need at the right place and at the right time. There are many businesses and services in the Twin Cities that provide excellent care to people with disabilities. We help you find those resources and we help coordinate the services for you, including:

• Identifying Physicians and other Providers
• Scheduling Appointments
• Arranging Transportation
• Researching Equipment and Supply Sources
• Processing Paperwork for Services correctly and on time
